With aging, individuals undergo physical, social, and psychological changes that require special care and support to ensure good psychological and emotional quality of life.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"450\" data-end=\"453\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"455\" data-end=\"512\"><strong data-start=\"455\" data-end=\"512\">Mental Health in Older Adults: Concept and Importance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"514\" data-end=\"850\">Good mental health is not merely the absence of mental illness, but a state of psychological well-being that enables individuals to cope with life\u2019s demands, achieve self-fulfillment, and actively participate in society.
