What Sets Us Apart?

The Difference Between “Reaction” and “Proactive Design”

Systems vs. Services
While traditional organizations focus on treating patients, we focus on the underlying factors that lead to disease in the first place. We do not build hospitals; we build “intelligence systems” that make hospitals more efficient and ultimately, less dependent on emergency interventions.
Strategy vs. Temporary Solutions
Most organizations measure their success by the number of patients treated each day. We measure success in terms of long-term systemic stability spanning decades and the complete elimination of economic shocks resulting from sudden health crises.
