International Health Organization Membership Card

The membership card is an official document granted to accredited members of the International Health Organization. It confirms that the holder is recognized as an active member in the fields of public health, healthcare, and the promotion of prevention and sustainable health development. This card enables members to participate in specialized health programs and initiatives led by the organization, reflecting a high level of expertise and professional competence in accordance with internationally approved standards and guidelines of the International Health Organization.

Membership Requirements:

Standards and Compliance: Commitment to the organization’s standards in health governance, medical quality, professional ethics, and the environmental sustainability of facilities.
Legal Licenses: Possession of an official commercial registration, a valid license to practice a medical/health profession, or an active institutional license issued by the relevant authorities.
Required Documents: Submission of an official membership application accompanied by the required documents (licenses, official registration, and a brief overview of activities and projects in the health and medical field).

Required Documents:

A digital copy of an official travel document (passport).
A digital copy of a professional ID or proof of employment in the healthcare field.
Digital copies of certificates and documents supporting the member’s professional and academic experience in their fields of work.
Declaration of the authenticity of the submitted documents and confirmation that they are free from any forgery or falsification.

Procedures:

Complete the registration form available on the organization’s website.
Submit all required documents along with the registration form to the organization through official channels.
The application will be reviewed by the relevant committee, and the applicant will be notified of the acceptance or rejection decision within one week from the date of submission.
After the application is approved, the required fees must be paid through the organization’s designated bank account.
After completing all procedures, the membership card and official certificate of affiliation will be sent to the member.
